StarLadder has announced an exciting new collaboration with gaming peripherals brand ZOWIE for the highly anticipated StarLadder Budapest Major 2025. This partnership introduces ZOWIE as the official monitor provider for the Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) event, ensuring top-notch performance for players throughout the competition.
ZOWIE’s Role in the Tournament
As part of this strategic alliance, ZOWIE will supply its cutting-edge XL2586X+ gaming monitors for all three stages of the event, including the playoffs. Reports suggest that 88% of professional players are already using ZOWIE monitors in competitions, highlighting the brand’s dominance in the esports industry. The Budapest Major, running from November 24th to December 14th, 2025, will see 32 of the world’s leading teams vying for their share of a $1.25 million prize pool and a place in Counter-Strike history.
A Historic Collaboration
This isn’t the first time StarLadder and ZOWIE have joined forces, having previously partnered for the Berlin Major in 2019. Additionally, ZOWIE is the second partner on board for the Budapest Major, following Esports Charts, which became the event’s official analytics partner in July 2025. Furthermore, ZOWIE has cemented its presence in the Counter-Strike esports scene by partnering with ESL FACEIT Group as the monitor supplier for IEM Chengdu 2025, the final Tier 1 tournament before the Major.
