China’s chipmaker, Zhaoxin, introduced its KX-7000 CPUs back in 2023, built on the x86 Century Avenue architecture and utilizing 7nm process technology. With 8 cores, clock speeds up to 3.7 GHz, and 32 MB of integrated cache, these processors supported both DDR5 and DDR4 memory with up to 24 PCIe Gen4 lanes.
