Exciting changes are on the horizon for hardware enthusiasts as the latest updates reveal new support for upcoming Intel CPUs. The popular hardware monitoring software, HWiNFO, is set to expand its capabilities, providing insights into Intel’s next-generation processors, amidst a series of intriguing advancements in the tech world.

New Additions: Intel’s Nova Lake and Arrow Lake Series

HWiNFO has once again positioned itself at the forefront of hardware development by listing new Intel CPU families in its latest release notes. The anticipated version 8.35 boasts support for the “Nova Lake H” and “Nova Lake HX” series, heralding a leap in mobile computing power. Currently available in beta, this software update promises a stable release soon, enabling accurate monitoring of these cutting-edge chips.

Both Nova Lake H and HX are designed for the mobile segment, with Nova Lake HX having been previously mentioned in shipping manifests. It utilizes the larger BGA 2540 socket, suggesting a significant leap in processing capabilities. The Nova Lake H series is set to succeed the Panther Lake H lineup with up to 16-core configurations, while the Nova Lake HX will push boundaries further with up to 28 cores.

Enhanced Performance with Arrow Lake Refresh

In addition to Nova Lake, HWiNFO confirms the imminent arrival of the Arrow Lake Refresh. New SKUs, such as the Core Ultra 9 290K Plus, Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, and Core Ultra 5 250K Plus, are on the horizon, delivering improved clock speeds and increased core counts. With Panther Lake support continuing to be refined, these updates promise exciting prospects for future technology enhancements.
