The Steam Hardware Survey for November 2025 highlights a significant development in the GPU market. NVIDIA continues to dominate with a 73.83% share, followed by AMD at 18.05% and Intel at 7.74%. The GeForce RTX 5070 has emerged as the standout performer, marking a 0.35% increase to secure a 2.23% share, outpacing the 2.16% share of the RTX 4070. This marks a notable achievement for the RTX 5070, making it the most popular RTX 50 series GPU on Steam.

VRAM Trends and Top GPU Rankings

The trend in VRAM usage shows gamers moving towards higher capacities. 8 GB GPUs still hold the majority at 33.36%, but there’s a noticeable shift towards 12 GB and 16 GB options, as seen with the rising popularity of the RTX 5090. In terms of GPU rankings on Steam, the RTX 4060 Laptop leads with a 4.44% share. Following closely are the RTX 3060, RTX 4060, and several other NVIDIA and AMD models.
