The excitement is building as one of the most anticipated gaming events of the year prepares to make its debut. Fragadelphia has officially announced that the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 event, FRAG 20, will be hosted in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada, during the renowned LVL UP EXPO. This marks an exciting chapter in esports, bringing thrilling competitive action to Las Vegas.
A Pioneering Hybrid LAN Event
Running from April 24th to 26th, 2026, FRAG 20 will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This event is set to be Fragadelphia’s first-ever hybrid LAN, combining both invite and open tournament formats. The event will be a Tier-2 ranked competition, featuring the top eight teams from the North America Valve Regional Standings (VRS) sub-region. Starting with an open double-elimination bracket, the tournament will progress through multiple stages, culminating in a single-elimination playoff bracket and an electrifying Grand Finals.
Prize Pool and Competitive Stakes
FRAG 20 will showcase a prize pool of $50,000 (~£36,900), where the victorious team will claim $20,000 (~£14,800). The runner-up and third place will earn $12,500 (~£9,260) and $7,500 (~£5,600) respectively. While this event misses the invite deadline for the Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2026 Major, it offers a pivotal look at North America’s competitive landscape.
