When you’ve completed all 10 Nevron quests in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you get the Aiding The Enemy achievement. The final quest offers a moral dilemma which tests previous choices made in the game.
The Fountain is the site of the last (10th) Nevron quest and can only be accessed after Act 3 once Esquie’s fly is unlocked. This floating island found south of Spring Meadows has Blanche who assesses the choices you made about the Nevron.
To complete all Nevron quests, you need to meet the other nine Nevrons: Jar, Burgeon Skin, Hexga, Troubadour, Portier, Benisseur, Danseuse, and Chalier.
Rewards Based on Your Moral Compass
Your choices before this moment change how you interact with Blanche. Blanche appreciates your compassion if you were merciful to every quest Nevron. By employing this peaceful approach, your Expedition 33 evolution becomes different from previous expeditions. 100x Colour of Lumina is the reward.
if you’ve killed any Nevrons in your journey Blanche becomes hostile. In order to survive, you need at least level 80. Victory offers a tiny consolation reward: 10x Colour of Lumina and 2x Grandiose Chroma Catalyst.
Achievement Unlocked Regardless of Path
The good news? Any approach will unlock the Aiding the Enemy achievement. Whether you choose mercy or violence, finishing this last encounter with Blanche ends the questline.
If you are a strategic gamer who wants to get the most out of your gaming, there is a fun option for you. First, claim your 100x Colour of Lumina reward from Blanche by making sure to spare all Nevrons. After this, return to beat the spared Nevrons including Blanche to collect their combat rewards as well. This method is the best way to maximise your resources whilst still unlocking the achievement.
