100 Thieves has announced the departure of Alexander ‘Zander’ Dituri ahead of the 2026 season of Riot Games’ VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT).
Zander started his professional VALORANT journey with SoaR Gaming in 2021. After a brief stint with Version1, he moved to M80 in late 2022, achieving a second-place finish at VCT Ascension 2024. He joined 100 Thieves for the 2025 VCT season following Sean ‘bang’ Bezerra’s move to Sentinels. Although 100 Thieves did not make it to a global event this year, Zander’s skills as an in-game leader (IGL) shone during the team’s VCT Americas Stage 2 campaign. Reflecting on his time with 100 Thieves, Zander expressed gratitude for the opportunity and support from the team, staff, and fans.
Roster Changes After a Difficult Season
100 Thieves has been a part of North America’s tier-one VALORANT scene since 2021. Despite receiving an invitation to join Riot’s franchised VCT circuit as a partner team, they have often faced challenges keeping pace with regional competitors. The organization has enjoyed strong international performances in the past, notably finishing third to fourth at Masters Berlin 2021 and securing fourth place at Masters Shanghai last year. However, this season has been challenging, with 100 Thieves failing to qualify for any global VCT tournaments for the first time. They faced an early exit at VCT Kickoff and struggled during the Playoffs in Stages 1 and 2.
As they gear up for next season, 100 Thieves has already released several key figures, including three players and former Head Coach Anthony ‘Zikz’ Gray. The future of the remaining roster members, Peter ‘Asuna’ Mazuryk and Matthew ‘Cryocells’ Panganiban, is still uncertain as the organization reassesses its strategy moving forward.
